October is full-on here. Whether you live in an area with the colors bursting forth in your gardens and yards or in an area the air has merely cooled down, it is certainly a gorgeous time of year. A time I personally reflect on my blessings and am harshly reminded that this year is almost over!
Where did the time go? Do you feel like you’ve accomplished what you needed to, or is there still somethings you need to do in 2016? The last quarter of the year is here so make the final three months all they can be!
But, back to the topic of blessings. This Sunday we’ve set aside a few minutes to bless those furry family members who rock your world. As a good pet mommy, I like to know in my heart I am doing everything I can to take the best of care of my fur-children. They eat well, they have only the best of veterinary care, grooming and spa days are highlights for all of them,… well, you get the picture.
Therefore, another highlight of our year for the pets is right now. October. The Feast month of St Francis, the patron saint of pets and the lowly. The month where numerous pet blessings are happening nationwide in honor of St Francis. What a lovely, lovely opportunity to give them that extra bit of care and love with this special blessing.
We want everyone to feel this same bit of extra care and love. Join us this Sunday, October 16, 2016, at 1:00 pm Central time via Facebook Live for The Pet Loss Center Blessing of the Pets.
After all, it just makes sense to shower a bit of blessing on those who bless us daily with their unconditional love and beautiful spirits.
