On July 2, 2019, a fire at The Pet Loss Center of Miami destroyed the building at 10901 West Flagler Street. Thankfully, no one was hurt. We are still servicing our Miami vet partners and pet parents while we rebuild with the help of our other Florida centers.
The cemetery was not impacted and is still open. If you plan to visit, enter through the East (109th Ave) gate. Please be careful as we are rebuilding and under construction.
Your pet will be the only one lovingly placed in the cremation chamber.

Additional Items Upon Request:
Arrangements made through your veterinary hospital may/may not include the items listed above.
All pets will be treated with dignity and care throughout every cremation process. For those pet owners who choose not to have their pet’s ashes returned to them, these ashes will be scattered on our cemetery grounds at Pet Heaven Memorial Park.
Flower Care Program
The Pet Loss Center provides an optional Flower Care Program that consists of polysilk flower arrangements. These arrangements are changed each quarter for every season of the year and are billed annually.
If a burial service is something that you are interested in, there are two types of maintenance plans from which you can choose. The first is an annual maintenance and the second is a one-time care trust fund that may be established when making the initial arrangements or anytime thereafter.
Pre-Need Arrangements are available for those who are interested in advanced planning. For some pet parents, a pre-need purchase will help facilitate certain decisions before the loss of a pet companion.
