For those pet owners who choose not to have their pet’s ashes returned to them, these ashes will be scattered in a beautiful scattering area at Curlew Hills Memorial Gardens Pet Cemetery, located at 1750 Curlew Road, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683.

Some families might want the opportunity to witness the cremation of their pet. For those that do, this process is done at the beginning of the day, with The Pet Loss Center team available to the family for support during this time. $100

** Prices do not include a cemetery space, vault, marker and grave opening and closing charges per your choice of cemetery’s requirements.

Kelly Fusco

Kelly Fusco is our Relationship Manager and has been a part of The Pet Loss Center team since July 2017. She is originally from Annapolis MD, and has been a licensed Veterinary Technician for over a decade! Kelly has three fur-children, Leroy, Trooper, and Buddy. When Kelly isn’t at work you can find her kayaking, biking, and going to the beach. She loves living in St. Pete because she enjoys the local craft beer and music scene.

Kelly’s mission at The Pet Loss Center is to help veterinary professionals give every pet parent THEIR perfect ending to their wonderful journey. She says, “As a vet tech, I didn’t know how many families I failed. I enjoy educating my veterinary colleagues on Pet Loss and helping them elevate their standard of care.”

Stephanie Di Traglia - The Pet Loss Center - Melbourne Florida

Stephanie Di Traglia

Stephanie Di Traglia is thrilled to be a new addition to The Pet Loss Center team joining as the Central Florida Relationship Manager. As a professional in the animal community for nearly a decade, she has a recognized passion for serving animals and the wonderful people who love and care for them. Aligning deeply with the values and mission of The Pet Loss Center, Stephanie is driven to ensure that families are given the support they need to honor the journey of their beloved pets with dignity, love and respect by creating strong partnerships with veterinary and pet care professionals.

Stephanie is a born and raised Floridian, and psychology major at the University of Central Florida. Animals and adventures being major themes in her life, in her spare time she is most often found exploring the great outdoors with her spouse Cris, two dogs Ruby and Jasper, and even joined occasionally by their harness trained cat Elphaba. An advocate for adoption and rescue, Stephanie’s home has also been filled throughout the years with bottle baby fosters and rehabilitated wildlife.

Stephanie is grateful to be a part of The Pet Loss Center.

Alex Gennille

Alex is one of the newest team members to join The Pet Loss Center, starting just last month! He is originally from Tampa and shares his life with a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Hercules, and a Chinese Li Hua named Mittens. He enjoys powerlifting and eating when he isn’t on the road providing excellent service to our veterinary partners and pet parents. He credits himself for being a divergent thinker and overly creative. One of the things he enjoys the most is helping people through troubling times, which is why he felt he could make a difference as one of our Field Care Specialists.

Jason Dunning

Another new and great addition to our Tampa team is Jason Dunning. He has been a part of The Pet Loss Center for a little over five months and brings joy in the most difficult times with his radiant smile. He is originally from Cadiz, Kentucky and shares his life with his fiancé, Alissa, and his beautiful boxer, Chloe. He is currently enrolled in school, expanding his knowledge and working towards a degree in Funeral Directing and Embalming. On his free time Jason enjoys lifting weights and dabbling in paranormal research.
