Our dog, Boots, passed away on May 17, 2016. It was an incredibly sad day for us. Our hearts were completely broken. The staff at Banfield (Lakeline mall area) assured us he would be taken care of in a beautiful way. That was an understatement. The engraved wooden box, the pin, the paw print, the purple bag was more than I expected. You’ve done a wonderful job. As painful as it was to return to Banfield, You’ve made this sad and tragic experience into a happy one. You’ve made this journey complete. Thank you so much for an outstanding job. We will treasure this forever.

I received my adorable little “Dominic” last Friday (05/20/16) from Banfield Pet Hospital. I only had Dominic less than 6 months, giving him a forever home. He gave me so much love and joy! But, something happen to his little heart. I want to express to you and your facility “THANK YOU” for the beautiful end-of-life services for my little “Dominic”. Everything you enclosed was all very much appreciated but receiving the little zip-lock bag with his very own hair touched me so very much. Again, Thank You – Thank You!!!
Since 1972, Sunset Animal Clinic has had the privilege of relying on Pet Heaven to care for our patients’ remains with the respect they deserve. Flawlessly dependable, highly responsive and admirably progressive, this family-style operation has always been characterized by the deep and abiding respect for animals they share with veterinarians like us. All these years, it’s been a tremendous benefit to be able to comfort our clients –– without hesitation –– with the certain knowledge that their pets were in kind and honorable hands until the very last step in their physical path.

From the first day I met him as a four week old kitten in 1997, Harley was very demanding. He would not be ignored, and frankly it was difficult not to constantly pay attention to that sweet face and ‘luxury fur’. We got to spend 17 action-packed, incredible years together and he was spoiled rotten the entire time – always the best for my Harley Kenneth! So it should be no surprise that even when the time came for him to leave my side, I wanted the absolute best for him. I did my research and chose All Paws Go To Heaven (now The Pet Loss Center) to handle his after-death care, and they did not disappoint. From the first emotional phone call to the dreaded pick-up to the anxiously awaited return of his ashes, every person I dealt with was caring, comforting and every bit as in the moment as I was. He was treated in death just as he was in life…like a little king. With something like this, you desperately want to avoid regrets because they can haunt you forever, and thankfully because I trusted these wonderful people with my special angel, I have absolutely no regrets.
We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the care and concern that you showed to our girl Harley. We are Paws In the City volunteers and contacted your company because you are a Paws sponsor. We are so glad that we found out about you because you could not have been nicer or more respectful during this awful week.

I received my oak urn with the remains of my beloved “Mouse” cat today, and I wish to commend you folks for exceeding my expectations. The urn is beautiful and professionally crafted and the accompanying information was very helpful. Thank you for making my terrible experience more bearable.
I recently said “Good-Bye” to my Boston Terrier. When my vet arranged private cremation I just knew I would have to bring her home once again. It was another emotional moment when I picked her up. Looking at that little urn brought on more tears, but I must say it sure is nice to have that urn placed next to a great picture of her in her younger & healthier years.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your help with Mushu. I received him today via Dr. Marmesh’s office. Your package with the pin and the cards was very comforting. I initially spoke with Jason at your establishment who was extremely kind, immediately helped me and, in my opinion, is an asset to your company. Again, thanks for your courtesies.
Thank you for providing your cremation services for our sweet dog, Harley this past week. I was worried about receiving our dog’s actual ashes when we made the decision to cremate Harley. I was so happy that it was Pet Heaven doing it because I knew you all from past experiences. Our dogs are buried there under the name “Gentil”. Thank you for the lovely paw imprint too. I made one but I can’t find it. Thanks so much. I know you treated Harley with love and respect .
My cat passed away last year in March. Knowles Animal Clinic was her vet. She was close to 16 years of age. We had her cremated, the first of many pets I had cremated. She passed at a time when I was involved in a move from residency, much was going on. I have had her remains in the container & never looked at the paper work until tonight. I miss her terribly. As I read through the pamphlet included with her ashes, I was touched. I felt quietly that I was preoccupied when she passed & always feeling that I could have done more. She was loved, protected by all means.. but your information pamphlet helped me some. I have her remains in my closet & comforted knowing that she was disposed of in a dignified way. My Purpose of this email is to thank you for your time & effort to help comfort the survivors of our past beloved animals. God bless you.
My family wants to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful job you have done with the cremation arrangements for our pets. We have had the unfortunate circumstance of losing both our Tiger and our Beauty Queen within one month of each other, and the urns you prepared are absolutely beautiful. We are very happy with the decision to order the German Shephard Statue Urn in honor of Beauty and her long dedication and loyalty to our family. The Statue depicts her continuous guarding of our family and we couldn’t be happier with it, despite the extreme sadness our family feels at this time. Thank you again.
